On the first of November 2009, Style North moved in to their new regional office.
The rather quaint name of ‘The Old Stables’ paints a picture of rural idyll. However not everything is as it seems!
The building is at the rear of one of the large houses, now offices, which dominate the professional area of Bolton, and in a commanding position directly facing the renowned landmark of Bolton School. The building served as the stables and sleeping quarters in the days when transport was very reliant on true ‘Horsepower’. Many of the old features, including the gas lamps are evident in areas of the building.
The building has undergone some redecoration and the installation of a technically advanced telephone system and high speed broadband.
Over the coming months, the show room area will be developed to include, a fully operation DORMA Moveo semi automatic moving wall, A full height Variflex manual panel and a Stylefold 120 folding wall with the ‘ soon to be launched’ and much awaited new head track system.
Regional director Andy Gibson commented ‘We are fast approaching our 10th anniversary and took the decision, to be in to an environment that would encourage and allow the continued growth that we have enjoyed to date. We now have high specification offices and facilities for our staff and clients to enjoy, coupled with meeting and showroom areas. This has been an exciting time and positions our region exceptionally well for the challenges ahead’
