2013 – a Year of Progress at Style

2013-12-20

As we near the end of 2013, we look back at a year of very significant progress at Style.

Key highlights include the 100th Skyfold installation at Telefonica Digital’s new offices in London, the installation of the first fully automatic horizontally sliding partitioning wall at St. Joseph’s school in Dundee, the roll out of the first ever UK EPD certification for moveable walls (the most sustainable partitioning wall solution in the UK market), the first ever Skyfold in a UK hotel (at Hotel La Tour, Birmingham), soaring demand for Style’s RIBA approved CPD seminars and the unveiling of the new 59dB Rw Skyfold and the new Skyfold Zenith range with its thin path of travel.

“It’s been a year of massive progress,” said Mike Fine, Style’s director for the midlands. “Working across key sectors of corporate, education, hospitality, local authority and religion, the number of specifications has soared throughout the year.
“This isn’t just down to the quality of the products from our exclusive UK partnerships with DORMA, Skyfold and SWG. It’s thanks to the very high quality of our people, processes, design capability and project management too.
“Our reputation for delivering moveable wall solutions to a very high standard, on time, within budget and to the very highest standards of craftsmanship is why architects and contractors choose to work with us time and again.
“Because of our extensive product range we can also accommodate all budgets and requirements – from showcase city boardrooms to small village halls.”
