Aftercare and Maintenance Service Sees Growing Demand

Demand for Style’s moveable wall after care service saw dramatic growth in 2013, with signs that even more customers will protect their investment by signing up to a routine servicing, inspections and repairs programme in the year to come.

Style’s after care service includes scheduled servicing and preventative repair of moveable walls, as well as a call out service if problems arise. Across all market sectors including corporate, education, hospitality, religion, local authority and the health sector there has been a rising uptake as customers appreciate how it protects the longevity of their moveable wall system.

“A modest investment in an after care service is a small price to pay for the benefits of having a product that has the potential to last up to 25 years and beyond,” said Mike Fine, Style’s director for the Midlands.
“Scheduled servicing means we can be pro-active in terms of replacing worn parts or spotting signs of wear and tear. It also keeps the wall’s acoustic integrity intact.
