Tony Enticknap, Style’s Finance Director and Co-Founder, Retires

2014-09-30

Its not often we use our newsletter to focus on individuals, however Tony Enticknap who co-founded Style back in 1999, and has been finance director ever since, has decided to retire. He leaves Style in October.

Tony started Style Partitions 15 years ago with Julian Sargent, who remains Style’s group managing director. In Tony’s capacity as finance director, Style quickly became the UK market leader in movable partitioning walls and now serves architects, specifiers, contractors and end-user clients through its five regional offices. The company is also celebrating the launch of a new London showroom, set to become the UK’s most innovative centre for interior fit outs.

“It is hard to describe in a few words the incredible role that Tony has played since we first opened our doors for business,” said Julian Sargent.

“He has carefully nurtured Style into a company that delivers quality in everything it does, offers an outstanding combination of people, products and processes and, thanks to his incredibly astute financial management, he has steered us through the highs and lows of a changing economy, including one of the worst global recessions many of us have ever experienced, making sure we have always remained financially robust.

“On a professional note, he couldn’t leave our business in better shape for its next phase of growth, and on a personal note I couldn’t have worked with a better business partner and friend.”

As a keen wildlife photographer, Tony plans to travel the world with his wife visiting many of the places he always dreamed of seeing. On behalf of everyone at Style, we wish him a very happy retirement.
