Our outstanding range of acoustic movable partitioning walls offer superb sound reduction properties and effortless manoeuvrability. The lightweight sliding panels have been expertly designed to allow users to quickly and effectively optimise space by stacking neatly at the side of a room to open it up or alternatively sliding along a top track to create multiple separate areas.

Dorma Huppe Variflex

The Dorma Huppe Variflex product range includes acoustic moveable walls up to 14.5m high with sound reductions up to Rw 59 dB with a panel thickness of just 100mm, previously only possible with thicker panels weighing much more. 30 minute fire ratings are also possible.

The Variflex range is available with manual or automatic seals which stabilise the panels and ensure acoustic integrity when in place. For larger openings, or where ease of operation is preferred, a fully automatic system can be included allowing the wall to be opened or closed at the turn of a key.

The Variflex panels are manufactured separately to the frame, which means that the panel linings are easy to change if one is damaged or scuffed, or the interior design of a room changes later on and also assists with the panel installation where the frames and face boards are delivered separately reducing the manual handling risk.

The Variflex system provides you with a wide choice of panels and parking arrangements. It’s high level of flexibility, even in the case of complicated room proportions where sloping ceilings or circular spaces have to be accommodated, ensures that you have all the benefits of optimum functionality.

With several extensive collections to choose from, there are no limits to the individual surface finishes that you can incorporate. From genuine wood veneers to decor surfaces and even rugged functional finishes, we can offer you a wide range of high-quality solutions to meet in full even the highest expectations. Wall linings can be provided to comply with current fire regulations and environmental product declaration (EPD) in accordance with ISO 14025 and EN 15804 are available.
