The Food Works creates a focal point, and regional centre of excellence, for food and drink businesses across the South West, helping new businesses begin their journey and more established producers innovate and grow.

Working with architect, AWW Inspired Environments, and contractor, Willmot Dixon, Style was specified to install 2 Dorma Huppe Variflex moveable walls in the training and meeting area.

Each with 55dB Rw acoustic integrity and semi-automatic operation, these hugely popular operable walls can quickly and easily separate the room into 3 equally sized areas, allowing for 3 meetings/training courses to be held concurrently and undisturbed. 

Alternatively, the room can be converted into one large and one small room, or when the walls are not in position, the room can be opened up to cater for larger groups, seminars, presentations or group demonstrations. 

Complementing the interior design, the moveable walls’ Pearl Grey finish provide a clean, light and spacious feel throughout the room, and by offering adaptable space the Food Works can maximise its room hire revenue by hosting multiple events concurrently.
