As part of a large extension to the existing building, Saffron Lane Medical Centre had a desire to create flexible room space to cater for a variety of meetings and educational talks.

Working with P&HS Architects and Wildgoose Construction, Style was specified to install 2 identical manually operated DORMA Variflex ML100 moveable walls in the meeting and training room where doctors, nurses and other staff members host and attend briefings, meetings, training sessions and other activities.

With impressive 55dB Rw acoustic integrity, these moveable walls not only enable the space to be divided or opened up with ease, they also offer exceptional privacy so that meetings and gatherings can take place either side of the walls undisturbed.

The final solution enables medical centre staff to quickly and easily divide the room into 3 smaller meeting rooms, have 1 small room and 1 larger room, or create one large open plan space depending on the function and its numbers.

Finished in a white Ral 9010, these moveable walls complement the interior design of the room, sustaining a modest and calm atmosphere for a busy medical environment.
