Fidelity International provides world class investment solutions and retirement expertise to institutions, individuals and their advisers - to help its clients build better futures for themselves and generations to come.

It is responsible for total client assets of £317.1 billion from over 2.4 million clients across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

At its offices in Cannon Street, London flexible space was needed in the firm’s meeting and training rooms and Style worked with Aedas architects and Mace Interiors to deliver the perfect solution.

As a showcase for the business, as well as a highly practical solution for sub-dividing space, four Skyfold moveable walls were installed in a stunning Kvadrat Floyd fabric finish.

Skyfold is the ingenious fully automatic, vertically rising moveable wall housed discreetly in the ceiling cavity, hidden from view when not in use and taking up no floor space whatsoever.

At the push of a button, the Skyfold descends gracefully into place, with Fidelity International enjoying impressive 59dB Rw acoustic integrity, which means meetings and events can run concurrently and undisturbed either side of the wall.

“Skyfold never fails to impress,” said Julian Sargent, Style’s group managing director, which has been the exclusive UK partner to Skyfold for over a decade when the operable wall was first launched in the UK.

“The acoustics on this Skyfold Classic 60 are simply breath-taking, the ease by which it lowers into place and rises back into the ceiling cavity makes it incredibly quick and easy to change the use of the room in-between meetings, and this fabric finish perfectly complements the interior design of Fidelity’s impressive London offices.

“Such is the adaptability of this moveable wall solution that we have seen demand soar across multiple sectors including corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare and religion.”
