Working with Edge Architecture and Design, and Collins Construction, Style was appointed to deliver flexible space for the firm’s meeting and conference rooms in keeping with the interior design of their London office.

DORMA Moveo Glass was chosen as the best solution, and with its Rw50dB acoustic rating it provided Rider Levett Bucknall with complete privacy for meetings whilst retaining a feeling of space and light throughout.

A specific request was that a solution was installed that could not only carry a manifestation of the London cityscape, but that the panels must also be obscured from the reception area so that they were not visible to arriving visitors when the room was open and wall folded.

“Moveo Glass is a superb, semi-automatic partitioning wall and a terrific all-round product,” said Julian Sargent, Style's managing director.

“For Rider Levett Bucknall, we more than met every aspect of their requirements – offering a blend of light and privacy, enabling the continuation of the London cityscape image which ran along the office wall and could continue through the folding wall and we were also delighted to create a solution which meant the panels were obscured by a column when stacked away."

“As the market’s leading partitioning wall specialist, it is this level of added value that architects, specifiers, contractors and end-user clients expect from Style and our ‘can do’, flexible culture means we will always do our utmost to fulfil any request to ensure complete satisfaction.”
